The International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has published a final report (FR/17/25) discussing observations from a monitoring exercise conducted by its Fintech Task Force to determine how tokenisation and distributed ledger technology (DLT) is being developed and adopted in capital markets products and services.
