The Tribunal Procedure and Employment Tribunal Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2026 (SI 2026/115) and the Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2026 (SI 2026/114) have been laid before Parliament, and will implement changes to the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 (SI 2024/1155) (ET Rules 2024) and the Employment Appeal Tribunal Rules 1993 (SI 1993/2854) (EAT Rules) on 2 March 2026.
