The ABA Journal took home an honorable mention as the Magazine of the Year, and its staff won five other awards Thursday in a national contest hosted by the American Society of Business Publication Editors.

The ABA Journal took home an honorable mention as the Magazine of the Year, and its staff won five other awards Thursday in a national contest hosted by the American Society of Business Publication Editors.

The contest, known as the Azbee Awards of Excellence, honors the best in business-to-business media. The Journal won the honorable mention for Magazine of the Year in the category for publications with 11 or fewer issues per year.

The Journal staff also took home awards in other categories including:
