Hirsch Roberts Weinstein is proud to announce that Founding and Co-Managing Partner Peter Moser has been inducted as a Fellow into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (CLEL), a lifetime election for attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding performance and integrity, excellence, and dedication to the profession.

The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is a non-profit professional association honoring the leading lawyers nationwide in the practice of Labor and Employment Law. Those selected to the College must uphold the highest professional qualifications and ethical standards, as well as exhibit strong scholarship, teaching, lecturing and/or writing, along with leadership of no less than 20 years. Election as a Fellow is the highest recognition by one’s colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession and a demonstration of integrity, dedication, and excellence.

“This is a well-deserved honor for Pete, a recognition of decades of dedication and hard work,” said Jeff Hirsch, founding partner at Hirsch Roberts Weinstein and CLEL Fellow.

Leading the firm’s labor team, Moser focuses his practice on representing employers in the areas of traditional labor law, employment law, and related litigation. He has dealt with most major labor organizations and is one of the most active management-side labor attorneys in Massachusetts, representing clients in collective bargaining, the processing of grievances and arbitration proceedings, and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Widely recognized for his work in labor and employment law, Moser has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Massachusetts Super Lawyers. Moser is an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law, is on the editorial board of Bender’s Labor and Employment, a monthly publication of LexisNexis, and is an employment and labor law resource for media outlets including Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Boston Herald, the Boston Globe, and frequently contributes to Boston.com’s Job Doc column. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.S., cum laude from Boston College.
