The California Air Resources Board (CARB) announced it is soliciting public feedback to help inform its implementation of California’s climate disclosure laws, SB 253 and SB 261, both as amended by SB 219. CARB also separately issued an Enforcement Notice providing limited relief for GHG emissions reporting under SB 253 in the first reporting cycle.
