The California Air Resources Board (CARB) posted a draft scope 1 and 2 GHG reporting template, as well as a memo containing guidance on using the template. CARB is seeking feedback on the template and guidance memo, with comments to be submitted to a public docket that will remain open until October 27, 2025.
