The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has made available a beta platform for financial institutions to test data submissions under the CFPB’s final small business lending data collection rule. The CFPB issued this data collection rule on March 30, 2023 as required by Section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act.
