Colgate-Palmolive Co. focuses on alleged misrepresentations made in 1989 and 2005 by fiduciaries of the Colgate-Palmolive Co. Employees’ Retirement Income Plan (the plan) about retirement benefits to be paid to retirees in the distant future.
