The Deputy Attorney General of the UD Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a memorandum to all DOJ employees announcing that the DOJ will no longer pursue litigation or enforcement actions to regulate digital assets. The memorandum also announced that the DOJ’s National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team (NCET) is disbanded, effective immediately.
