The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed to end its greenhouse gas reporting program (GHGRP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA), eliminating GHG reporting requirements for most industrial sources, and suspending GHG reporting requirements for oil and gas industry sources until 2034.
