In Government of the State of Kuwait v Mohamed EA-2024-000300-JOJ and EA-2024-000302-JOJ, the EAT granted an extension of time for an appeal to raise issues of state immunity despite the notice of appeal being lodged 370 days out of time in relation to the tribunal’s immunity decision and 67 days out of time in relation to its liability judgment.
