Goldberg Segalla added Evan B. King to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Raleigh.
Evan focuses his practice on representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all stages of workers’ compensation litigation throughout the state of North Carolina. He approaches each claim with the client’s preferences and established guidelines in mind, producing a detailed evaluation including analysis of the potential exposure and applicable defenses, so that he can collaborate with the client on determining the appropriate strategic plan of action. Evan draws on a number of years of experience in workers’ compensation defense as well as family law.
Evan earned his B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from The University of North Carolina School of Law.
