Goldberg Segalla added Kallie Banker to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Buffalo.
Kallie represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York State, including through settlement negotiations and appeals. She is engaged in all stages of the workers’ compensation claims-handling process, including strategy, discovery, depositions, arbitrations, hearings and trials.
Kallie earned her B.S. from the University of Rhode Island and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
