ISDA announced that it has begun a pre-adherence process for the ISDA Notices Hub, a secure online platform signed to facilitate the delivery and receipt of termination notices (and waivers) under the ISDA Master Agreement (ISDA Master), among other documents, particularly when traditional means of delivery are difficult or impossible.
