NEW YORK, NY (October 30, 2023) – Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce that M. Robin Davis has been elevated to office managing principal (OMP) of the firm’s Raleigh and Charlotte offices. Kathryn J. Barry will assume the role of office litigation manager (OLM) in Raleigh* and Kathleen K. Lucchesi will continue to serve as OLM in Charlotte.
Robin succeeds Ted Kazaglis in Raleigh, who is stepping down from the OMP role to focus on his professional employer organizations practice and client management. In Charlotte, Robin succeeds Stephanie E. Satterfield, who is stepping down to focus on her other leadership roles within the firm.

Since joining Jackson Lewis in 2010, Robin has handled many individual and multi-plaintiff litigations in state and federal courts, and before various state, federal and local agencies. Robin provides counseling and advice to employers of all sizes in various employment-related matters including discrimination claims, harassment claims, wage and hour claims, unemployment claims, workplace violence claims, and restrictive covenants.

Robin earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of Louisville.
Kate earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and her B.A. from Fairfield University.
Kathi earned her B.S. from the University of Indianapolis and her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
