The US District Court for the Central District of California denied the defendant’s motion to dismiss Robinson-Patman Act claims in Federal Trade Commission v. Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC, No. 8:24-cv-02684 (C.D. Cal. Apr. 17, 2025). The court held that the FTC adequately alleged violations of the Robinson-Patman Act and Section 5 of the FTC Act.
