The article covers recent action the NLRB has taken to enforce limits on the use of non-competes in employment contracts and what it means for the hotel industry. Joe and Tom suggest hotel employers ensure a review process of all documents that may include non-compete clauses, including offer letters, handbooks, employment and severance agreements, and other related documents.
