If someone is not coming into the office regularly (and unless there is a legitimate reason such as parental leave), then they should not have a window office. There are many window offices that are empty because the associates are working unofficially fully remote or come very rarely into the office. And there are many associates that come into the office regularly (2, 3, 4 times a week) and sit in their window-less, depressing offices. That doesn’t make sense. It used to be that offices were assigned based on seniority … If you don’t come in, then don’t take the light from the rest of us! Thank you.
