In VIP Products LLC v. Jack Daniel’s Properties, Inc., on remand from the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and following the US Supreme Court’s decision in the case, the US District Court for the District of Arizona held that VIP Products LLC’s parody dog toy diluted but did not infringe Jack Daniel’s Properties, Inc.’s trademark.
