The SEC and CFTC further extended the compliance date for amendments to Form PF. The agencies jointly adopted the amendments in February 2024 to enhance private fund reporting, and were originally set to become effective on March 12, 2025. However, the SEC and CFTC extended the compliance date until June 12, 2025, and have now extended the compliance date further until October 1, 2025. In addition, SEC Chairman Paul Atkins stated he has directed staff undertake a comprehensive review of Form PF.
